If you need to initiate a return, we will accept the return provided it meets the requirements set out within our FAQ's section.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

Please include a detailed description of your return application including a copy of your tax invoice as proof of purchase.

We will assess the application and if approved, provide you with a returns label.

We do not offer a refund of an item for change of mind, refunds will only be provided in the event the item is faulty or defected in any way.
