When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.
Our warehouse is open Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), orders placed outside of these times will be dispatched the next available business day
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information from info@peargolf.shop once your order has been dispatched.
Follow the links within this email or enter your tracking number manually via the Australia Post website.

Where does Pearl Golf ship to?
We currently ship worldwide with shipping costs to reflect the relevant region. If you have any issues or inquiries to do with International Shipping please reach out to info@pearlgolf.shop
Customs and duties taxes on International Orders
Customs and import duty may apply to orders outside of Australia and are levied by the destination country. Customers are liable for all import duties as well as customer and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.
If an order is refunded, customers are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duty charges, and the cost of returning the package.

Can I return my items?
You can complete an exchange only for change of mind. You must return your item(s) back within 14 days of your date of delivery and we will exchange the item(s) or issue a note of credit, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is available
- The item(s) are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Customers are liable for all additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Any discounts or promotions that were applied to these orders will be carried over when your exchange is processed.
*Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are final and cannot be returned for a refund, unless in the case of the item(s) being faulty.

REFUNDS/CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any repair (if you choose to keep it).

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.
If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

Merchandise marked as a seconds or sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.

Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person in-store to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed below.

Once your parcel has reached us it can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once our team have completed this.
Can I return 'FINAL SALE' items?
Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However if your item has a major fault, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange after assessment from our team. In any case, you can reach out to our team at info@pearlgolf.shop.
Associated costs with returns?
Customers will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges for any Domestic or International online returns.
I have returned my item, when will my refund be processed?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow our team up to 5-10 business days to process your refund. You will receive a separate refund notification, and it may take a further 5-10 business days for the funds to settle in your nominated bank account.
Can I return an item for change of mind?
We accept “change of mind” returns on all items for any reason within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or credit only.
All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, provided with proof of purchase.
We do not offer a refund for online purchases, unless in the event of a defected or faulty product.
